Yeah its a buzz word that's been done to death. Most Clubs use it now.
I just wish one person from our club doing media, would stop the spiel and just tell us straight.
I get they have to be diplomatic, and careful not to overshare, but it's just a bunch of verbal diarrhea which tells us nothing.

Hard not think Martin has stated to become a passenger the last couple of years here.

Has had injuries, but you do have to wonder if it's partly due to the fact that he's already banked the majority of his heavily front-ended contract. Have to admit if I was on a similar contract at my job I'd certainly be winding down for the last few years of it
