Either turn it (or a portion of it) into a carpark or repurpose the area into a family-friendly zone for people going to events at the stadium - restaurants / food trucks, play areas etc.

Currently it is a giant waste of space.

Demolish Punt Rd oval and put in a multi-level carpark. No-one will miss it.

I normally park at Crown and walk up along the river. About a 20ish walk so not sure if that works for you but it’s an option.

Or you can sometimes get a park on Cremorne St in Richmond but it’s hit and miss.

Parked at the gardens. Let’s hope parking inspectors are in a cheerful mood
