HmmmHe does...
Interesting.. funnily enough, although I went to games during that era, I have no memories of a "young" Jim Jess. Or did he always look 35?
Jimmy Jess had an idiosyncratic running style, a bit crab like...Debuted 1976 at 21 years old(played 6 games), kicked on in 1977 playing 20 games and was a regular after that
Yeah can't remember him without a beard, to tell you the truth
First saw him play in 1978 at Waverley v Hawks
Noah carries himself a bit like the ghost, versatile like him for sure
WOW...Noah reminds me of a young raw Jim Jess
Yes, he can certainly get the distance like the Ghost. Let's hope he starts clunking them like him too!!He does...
Well said , this isn’t realestate.com , wgaf, we re all mates , as bachar says , time to uniteAnd your point about Noah Balta the footballer is?
Noah reminds me of a young raw Jim Jess
Ghost had reasonable pace, but always ran like he had a six pack under each arm.Jimmy Jess had an idiosyncratic running style, a bit crab like...

Noah Balta - #5 for me thats what i like to see him in.Lol funny u say that , with his booming kick , I was only thinking the same thing. I think no 20 still spare too
Yea well 5 may be freeNoah Balta - #5 for me thats what i like to see him in.
Apart from the booming kick i dont see the Jimmy Jess comparison to be honest
He seemed to have his elbows sticking out... wise to steer clear of.Ghost had reasonable pace, but always ran like he had a six pack under each arm.
Haven't had a player like Noah for as long as I can remember
Can play ruck, KPF, KPD, reasonable pace, aggression and can roost the footy 60+ metres
Still raw but I say let him play as many games as possible, going to be a very big asset this year
Very exciting impact player
It's why I kept hoping Ben Griffiths would have his break-out year. Instead he had an almost break-out game every 3rd year or so.Haven't had a player like Noah for as long as I can remember

Balta's Back2Back!!!Balmy hinting Balta definitely in the mix to go back this week.
It's why I kept hoping Ben Griffiths would have his break-out year. Instead he had an almost break-out game every 3rd year or so.
And he was missing the reasonable pace and reasonable aggression that Noah has.
One thing Griff wasn't lacking was pace. Quicker than Balta. It's why I kept hoping Ben Griffiths would have his break-out year. Instead he had an almost break-out game every 3rd year or so.

Delete this s**t.won't miss a game until his 140th when he tears his acl
