This match kind of proves what a lot of people rightly think about Australia and it’s fair enough.

As rubbish as the batting landscape is, kind of like the West Indies after 95, if they can keep their best attack on the field they will win games at at least a reasonable rate. The windies did it for 6 years off Walsh and Ambrose and for a while Ian Bishop with only Lara and chanderpaul to hold up the batting
With smith and Warner back they’ll still compete.
