That behind the goal footage showing him gut running into space to mark and goal sums him up. We're going to improve sharply when blokes like Bailey come into their own. I can see him cutting up the wings at the G in a few years time. He's got leadership written all over him too.

Great teams have multipiles of these blokes, not just a couple of stars.

He makes the right decision every single time, he may not execute that decision perfectly (see last night) but he's also only played fewer than 20 games.

Only genuine stuff up in intent I can remember is a loose over the ball handball against GWS.

He's an absolute beauty because he'll work his arse to remove weaknesses from his game.
