Bullshit. Fagan was sitting there scratching his head totally paralysed. Pathetic.Haha fun ending.
Fagan will be pissed, his boys were spent.
In the English Premier League game Wimbledon-Arsenal match in 1997, the lights ‘failed’ 13 seconds into the second half with the score nil-all. This was due to a Malay/Hong Kong spread betting syndicate disrupting the power and was one of many such lighting "failures" in the League. In 1999 at Charlton Athletic, the syndicate were caught red handed. Back at Charlton, Thirteen seconds in meant that the game could be counted as completed and the score stand and a very nice risk mitigation.
Did a syndicate banking on at least Melbourne being competitive, flick the switch by inducing a power failure.?

Why. They just had to come out and play like Melbourne did. Simple.Very interesting if it costs them come finals.
In Melbourne who don’t have to travel nice try thoughYou play the Dogs who don't play until tomorrow night
Brisbane's song is the second worst in the league. This sucks ass
West Coasts by the length of the NullaborWho's the worst?
Agreed. It was probably a coaching directive. I'm starting to think Fagan has taken the side as far as he can. Other coaches are starting to show him up and he often looks like he has run out of ideas during the match.Lions should be embarrassed about the way they played that 10-mins after the restart, I saw a heap of their players just going through the motions with no intensity or desperation.
They virtually let the Dees do as they pleased thinking that there was no chance of them chasing down that 40-point lead. They squandered a healthy hard-earned lead and got themselves into a position of nearly having it pinched from them.
Do not understand why players put the cue in the rack like that.
It's a joke brahLots of people here seem to think a technical issue which is obviously specific to (part of) the Gabba is somehow a state wide issue which is rhe fault of the Queensland government.

Not too disappointed with that resulted. Almost pinched the game despite playing only 10 minutes of decent footy. No May, Gawn, Pickett, Petty injured late in the 3rd. Any chance the umps can pay holding the ball? Zac Bailey got caught plum about 3-4 times and Neale also. Nothing. Lions deserved to win though. Their mids were right on top of ours most of the game.
