Both players are young and arguably the two most talented in the AFL at present. If both drafts where redone now it would be highly likely they would go at 1.

The question is who would you want in your side. Age is no worry as both have another 10 years of footy (baring serious injury) left in them.

For the Hawks Naitanui. We have enough forwards on the list and lack of ruckman. Naitanui would be a good ruckman and anything he wanted to be. Watching him now just scares me because he is just that good.

Is it just me or are the hawks supporters a really special bunch of people. This thread is even worse than the crap about Rioli being top of his drat class.

How can you say that the hawks have good forwards when your about to trade your best one in for a bloke who has played one good NAB cup game

The poll is asking who you would rather have in your side, not simply who is the better player.

Buddy is currently the better player and quite comfortably.

Who you would rather have in your side isn't as obvious an answer. A club that has talented young forwards and weak rucks would most likely pick Naitanui. I could also see Brisbane picking Naitanui over Buddy.

On a side note i love watching flogs and trolls feeling the need to talk down and/or bag Naitanui's performance on the weekend and his potential. Keep it coming.
