I was all for us having a crack at him a couple of years ago, we have that inside mid position covered now so is not of need anymore. Might be a good fit for Carlton to help out Patrick Cripps.

Huge fan, wanted Essendon to pick him up after he was delisted. He has poor skills, but he is a monster, exactly what Essendon need.

Started the year playing for his career- turned into a very solid role player.

Too slow at times though, will frustrate you and elate you in equal measure.

Agreed, the biggest plus being we won’t have to give up draft picks for him, and he’ll fill an immediate role while Setterfield is developing.

He’ll also get a nice pay rise, and the opportunity to get some continuity in his game, which he hasn’t been able to do while competing with Sloane and the Crouch brothers for a spot.

Rumor is that SOS is open to a 2020 1st round pick swap with the crows if they let CEY walk to carlton at the end of the year:D

He was never really given enough games to develop at AFL level back when we could only play 1-2 of MCrouch, Lyons and Yolmen. And then did his ACL, so coming back from a year off, you can forgive his form a little. But now he's had a proper full preseason he's been finding plenty of it, doing run with roles and is the big bodied mid. Skills/decision making/pace have been his main knocks but this year it hasnt really been too bad.

Crows should let him go to the Blues after the pick swap last year.

Cripps desperatly needs help of another big bodied mid who works hard defensively.

Cost no picks just cap space.
Hilarious Carlton are a Charity case.
We already gave them Wright and sent Kerridge and Mcnuggets there along with Trigg, Craig and Teague.

Maybe WCE should send Petruccelle and Ryan to GC after the 4 picks for 1 trade.

Cripps don't need help he needs to get out.

GC are doing just fine.

Blues are not.

Be funny if the AFL flicked them a priority pick #1.

Yeah just imagine the sell on that to the 17 other clubs..Carlton got 2 x mature age draft picks last year but instead of using them, they traded them for yet more draft picks. Then they willingly traded their 2020 1st away which is likely to end up being pick 1. The list managed needs to be sectioned
