This tweet is misleading. Bevo mentioned in his presser that we won't be able train today once we land in Adelaide. We will instead be confiend to our hotel. We will however be allowed to do a walk at the oval after lunch tomorrow. Nothing has changed, still not allowed to train and it's already too late as we did a quick captains run in Perth.

That's the way I'd go. Biggest issues with our 22 seem to be Martin's ability to see the game out and a lack of height down back. Either way, Young is next best in line.
Yeah, bevo had some interesting language around Martin. Essentially said he's only in to contest stoppages and that's it. Any in-game play will be circumstantial. Refreshing honesty or Bevo's playing games.

No doubt Health Department officials will attend to make sure the boys don't break into a trot, and that they DO NOT TOUCH THAT BALL.

I don’t think it would be the right decision IMO. Say Martin goes down at half time, I’d prefer English ruck the second half by himself relatively fresh and bring on an extra runner. I really don’t think Young is going to help us much in a big final if he comes on later in the game. If a key defender goes down we can move Schache back.

If Martin & a key defender go down together, well we’re screwed anyway.

So I assume we will find out at some stage that the SA chief health officer is a Port supporter 😂 I mean WTF! As if they can’t make this finals series any more difficult for us and yet every other team will call us cheating pricks and say there is some conspiracy to ensure the Bulldogs win the Premiership! I really hope we win tomorrow because that will be the biggest up yours to everyone since Teddy uttered those immortal words “ You stuck it right up em! That’s what you did!!!”

Related to a Port supporter, yes

Anyone catch the interview with Matt Boyd on SEN about half an hour ago?

If only we had him around the club again tonight.
I reckon he’ll be back

Hah page 54 excellent

I have forwarded my late aunt's trust's distributive share cheque I received this week to Umpire Stevic. Victory is assured!

Fair enough. We all see it differently.

My worry in both of those scenarios is that we are left with 2 talls forward. I'd prefer to maintain structure.

There’s merit in the idea but we forget that English rucked most of the second half last week and Young was barely on, so we were mainly running with only 2 key forwards.

I think we need to have some degree of confidence in Stef being able to get through the game and use Tim as the fallback if he isn’t able to. I’d much a prefer an Ed Richards type in the second half as sub over Young against a fit and quick Port side.

I think it largely depends on the weather. If its raining as it looks likely to be then Scott, Wallis or Richards will likely be the Sub.

We'll see tomorrow I guess.

Especially if the Bont is in any way limited. Or worse still, has to be take out of the game.

Weightman flying over it seems which is a smart move, he was fantastic on the bench last week with his enthusiasm and encouragement.

Noticed Richards on the flight as well.

He won't be allowed on the bench tomorrow night

Does cats performance tonight make Port win over them less convincing. Cats look off the pace for a finals game. Only beat GWS in the 5mins with all their injuries.
