Would think that Treacy would have to be up there training now to have any chance of being selected - they wouldn't just fly him into Melbourne and expect him to play.

Conca is running in that training warm up video so I guess he's ok.

Based on injury list I reckon it'll end up being:

Out: Frederick, Crowden
In: Switowski, Cerra.

I reckon Bewley definitely should get a look in but not sure if Acres has spent all his chips yet.

Western should come in. He’s a definite for mine and then hopefully at least one of Switta and Cerra are ready, but hopefully both.

As expected, no Pearce until he has played at Peel first. Cerra and Switta both in if fit. Conca all good. Nothing about a Western debut :( None of our players done for drug possession unlike some other club with culture issues.

“Alex Pearce needs a game at Peel before he’s available for AFL selection. He’ll be probably a couple weeks away,” Longmuir told 7NEWS.

Longmuir said Fremantle were hopeful of having both midfielder Adam Cerra and forward Sam Switkowski back against Essendon, while Luke Ryan will be one more week away.

“Luke Ryan’s calf has come on a little bit slower than we’d hope or expect. He’ll be touch and go,” Longmuir said.

“Cez (Cerra) is going to be really close this week along with Sam Switkowski. We’ll hopefully get a couple to return.”

Defender Reece Conca has also been given the green light to play after experiencing tightness in his hamstring in round eight against Brisbane.

“Reece looks like he’s escaped injury,” Longmuir said.

“He got a little bit tight in that hammy in the first half but managed to play out the game. He should be right.”

Out: Frederick, Duman, Acres, Schultz.

In: Western, Ryan, Cerra, Switta.

2 very poor consecutive games from Schultz has him on thin ice for me.
Switkowski is the best out of him, Shultz, and Crowden. I would have put Colyer behind all of them at the start of the year, but he is now the most consistent and I love he is using his pace. Happy to let Crowden and Shultz go for Switter and a look at Western
Firstly fix the spine.
Darcy CHF
Lobb CHB
Meek Ruck
Western for Freddy
Cerra for Aish / Acres
Leave Blakely inside mid
Ryan for Duman
Switta for Crowden
i loved the last 5 of those suggestions

Wilson Logue Conca
Aish Cox Duman
Acres Mundy Brayshaw
Henry Lobb Walters
Tabs Switkowski Treacy

Darcy Fyfe Serong

Cerra Blakely Colyer Schultz

Random thought but what is stopping Crowden from becoming an elite back pocket? Has it all athletically and pressure wise. The ball would be funnelled to him.

Sorry
No Bradshaw on the wing. He was deadset horrible there last week. Don't mind the Crowden idea.

The game has gone passed Crowden. The speed of the game has increased which has helped Colyer, Switta when he was in and on the flipside of that has been a hindrance for Crowden.

He's slow, obviously a very short man and an ok kick but can't find it much. I think Switta can do all those things, but better.

It's seems Treacy isn't coming over East, so its looking like..

In: Switta & Cerra
Out: Freddy & Crowden/Shultz

Blakely probably stays medical sub. Also not sure how they fit Western in? Henry is the only one that could make way..but he was ok in patches and should stay in the team for his growth.
