We have named quite possibly the tallest forward line in the history of the AFL.

Bont, String, Grant, Boyd, Roughy all named to start forward (3 above 190cm) (2 200cm +)

Stevens at 188cm is the shortest.

Sad to see Crammers out but it means Dale gets to keep going which I like. Keep getting games into them I say. Very happy with that team. Talia not even an emergency though? Must be working on things in the twos.

You all know conspiracy theories are never right , but has Talia made up his mind he off elsewhere and the club have decided to get games into others ?
Can't see he has done a lot wrong !

I imagine there's some element or two of his game that's obvious at the coaching level of observation (or even to some of the more observant fans on here) that he needs to get some work into. But you never know.

I am continually rapt with the coaching that Luke Beveridge is implementing at the Bulldogs. Great to see he is bringing Dale Morris back through the twos after a long spell and allowing him to play himself into form. The previous goose would have out a senior player straight into the seniors and hamstrung the overall team somewhat because the player was completely lacking match practice/fitness.

He did it with Cooney last year and it was a complete fail. Well done 'the drink'.

Boys you know I couldn't care less if Talia stays or goes, but he is not even getting in the best in the 2s. Perhaps he's a tease? There's clearly something wrong. 2 coaches have been reluctant to play him for extended periods.
Exactly...

You're not going to move on are you?

Maybe Bev has learned his lesson from bringing Jong and Wally straight back in against Freo. I reckon we woulda won that game with two fit in form blokes instead of those two.

Alright boys, I may post this here as someone will reply quickly.

Hamling, do we think he will stay in the team for a few more weeks based off his last 2 or will he be ousted once Moz comes back? For Dreamteam purposes but I need to make the move before lockout in 25 minutes......

I've heard Nathan Eagleton is coming out of retirement for this game.

Bring back the Eagle!...this thread could do with another scapegoat to blame for holding back our rightful ascension to the RW&B bedecked halls of Valhalla.

I think it's obvious, Talia plays too loose. Roberts and Hamling are more disciplined.

The three first year guys playing again along with Hamling. Personally I probably would have had Dale playing for Footscray for a while (have loved what he has offered so far though). He will probably be sub imo.
Hope Honey comes back in next week, he definitely adds to this team.
This is fantastic getting games into our kids and still knocking on the door to the finals. Hope Dale haves a breakout game, maybe Grant as sub.

Talia kept the best key forwards in the comp in check at the start of the season now he can't get a game, the clubs doing a great job of tempting him to leave.

I'm rapt they are getting games I just think it makes us somewhat vulnerable at the end of games. I have been ecstatic with all three of our first year players so far, just think the best strategy for both development and results would be rotating them a bit along with Daniel. But I'm happy to go with what Bev thinks is best for sure :)

Am a fan of Talia. Have been since we drafted him. Really want him to stay. But you're right Pann. Went to the Frankston and Williamstown games and thought he was poor in both. Hope he can turn it around.

Anyone else worried about this game?
Yep, they've rolled us 4 of the last 5 times, the last 2 times they got the jump on us early and we couldn't pull them back. We must start well, if we don't then we're ******. Every time we've been behind at qtr time we've lost this year
