Was concerned Campo might lack a hard edge but he's made 5 changes. Would probably have preferred CEY to stay in and Shaw to sit out. Otherwise I'm just happy he was willing to make moves.

Pods will play. They wouldn't bring him into the extended squad for the sake of it.
It's usual practice to name a tall Emergency. Pods has been named before.

2 changes so far!

With all due respect to him I don't wanna see Pods in the team unless Walker is out (which would be devastating in the context of this week).

Any of the others would be interesting additions…still a chance Campo may have seen the light on Wright also!!

Think there will be only 2 changes. 3 max.

If CEY isn't playing due to lack of footy (who knows whether it's an injury, or maybe he's not dealing with the trauma of the past 2 weeks very well as Walsh obviously had a profound effect on his career)…then Martin and Lyons would be long shots surely?

Or will Martin and Lyons be rewarded for doing the 'team first' thing and supporting the team in Perth last week?

******* pissed CEY is dropped... played well off the bench against Brisbane... then understandably struggled last week after a week of trauma and they drop him? WTF?
Strangely id rather he be dropped than play as sub again.

they made the mistake of making him sub last week... unless he's really struggling emotionally (fair enough too), it just seemed silly to weaken our midfield with wasted spaces such as VB, Wright and Mackay...

Another bad game for Thompson (and a Crows loss) and CEY or Lyons should get a shot
I still think theres a spot in the team for thommo even with lyons or cey there too. His slowness and willingness to work both ways is questionable, but his contested work, clearances and tackling more than make up for this. Hes been one of our best this year. Last week he had a stinker.

Sometimes, you're better off admitting you were wrong, taking your licks, and moving on.

Don't be even more incredibly stupid than you've already been.

So do you think CEY was also going to be dropped for the Geelong game as well? He's out this week as well after all, so obviously he was also out two weeks ago, that makes total sense by your idiotic lack of reasoning.

Nothing at all to do with there having been another game since then, on which the form of both AFL and SANFL players has been judged.

This would be one of those times.

CEY shouldn't have been dropped.

Wright and McKay incredibly lucky to skate through - hopefully they're out next week.

We have too many decent players in the SANFL to allow mediocrity to be enough to assure selection.

Watching "league teams" for the first time... David Parkin says Nathan Van Berlo is unlucky to be dropped.

Right, will remember not to bother watching that again.

No mention of Atkins' likely debut either

Wow, if you have NFI on a topic don't bother saying anything! Even his mother wanted him dropped.

I think Podsiadly will play. That's all I have to say this week.

He changes their whole structure considering Lobbe is struggling. Lynch sweeping across half back much like Camporeale did in his heyday? A very dangerous seventh defender. They don't have anyone for him either in that role. Not anyone in form, if they don't want to run the gauntlet with someone else. If so tactically they will plugging holes all day. They'll rely on their midfield, yet have to do that against Dangerfield. Dangerfields as fit as he's been for two years, in rare form.

I think Shaw, Atkins and Wright will miss. I think Martin gets a go because of his experience and intensity. We've lost a fair bit of experience in what was already a very inexperienced side. Shaws been injured to long to be brought back in this game.
