The cats better not tug on his hair. They will end up using up their 9th life.

So most likely they will have no Rowan, no duncan, and no Tim Kelly. so that means Hutchings can tag another opponent since I think Sheppard will get the job on Ablett. Shepard is also quite a good intercept marker and his leg speed is better than i thought.

Pretty Sure Duggan will be an emergency. Oscar Allen will be there in case West coast decides to spring a late change, but Waterman will be very stiff if he got left out.

Over on the Geelong board training watchers were wondering why he was absent for either Monday or Tuesday's training session. Speculation he may not be able to get up for Friday with the flu (not enough time to stop puking guts up + recovery to allow for workload).

If it is true then even if he plays he'll be up against it. When Josh had it earlier in the year IIRC he came back slow and sh*t.

Im worried about this too. Fatty Hawkins hasn't done anything for a few games now. He's about due to kick 6 bullsh*t goals out of his arse on Friday night, then he'll go back to eating chips and cake against Richmond.

I’m surprised we didn’t take a mid or a forward. What happens if a mid or small forward injure themselves prior to the game? Only real option is to bring in Duggan and play him or Nelson in the midfield.

Rohan was only running in straight lines at training. Last time he had this injury he missed 2 weeks

If Kelly has had a significant virus and plays that's really good for us. He won't be 100%. Wouldn't mind if they picked Rohan on 1 leg too out of desperation.

On the other hand if Kelly just has a cold then he'll be close to 100% by Friday.

Not Wrong mate. Had my first ever flu this year. Was as weak as a kitten for over two weeks. If he has that, he won't play at all.

I struggle to do much with a common cold. But to an extent you can push through that.

I think people use the term flu interchangeably with cold. I don't know the exact distinction, except that the flu can kill people and is plenty painful.
