Red was okay. Couldn't fault his effort, the non-negotiables were there, and I can't stress this enough, the delivery was utterly abhorrent. Missed a relatively easy shot at goal, but then, plenty did.
I'm certain he's not a long term piece, but he did what they would have asked of him.
Poleaxed Marc Murphy and Kade Simpson in separate incidents though, which I loved.
Redpath provided a target, brought the ball down and competed at ground level. Question mark remains on his long-term future, but I would be pretty disappointed if he was dropped this week. Did enough I thought, and has had a decent run of late in the VFL.
Funny the harsh marking of Redpath.
Id say his defensive pressure was better than Toyds has been and took 3 contested grabs.
Didnt hit the scorebaord but I believe it was as good if not better than 4 or 5 of Toyds games this year.
He doesnt straighten us up in the way Toyd does I concede but lets not marked him harder than we would anyone else
