We let St Kilda almost match us for inside 50's. Does this mean a slightly better team will capitalize on this and kick a bag of goals? Thoughts?

Inside 50's is a very over rated stat that doesn't mean a lot. We had more inside 50's than both Port and Sydney and lost by 55 and 63 points.

Given that GWS have Mumford, Shaw and Hunt out and have an extremely inexperienced team I predict we'll see Grigg back and possibly CEY as well.

Perfect time to give Rutten and rest and give Reilly a run in the twos.

Rumour is they are playing Boyd. Need to keep Rutten in this week and give him a rest vs the Doggies.

Most of those 50 entries we mopped up easily as they refused to man up our 7th defender all day long and kicked it to Volt who was double teamed most of the day.

To answer your question, yes. Still think our defence is too slow, Truck looked like he was running in molasses all day. GWS would be stupid not to try and lock down on Smith so it comes back to Radar and Jaensch to provide the run out of defence. Think Talia can go with Cameron, just don't know if Truck can go with Patton. Going to be a tougher test this week.
