I'm leaning towards SOS given the reports out of Casey. Means that Frost/Keilty/Petty have 3 weeks to show which one of them should go with Jack against the Power.

I think Casey have the bye the same week that we do

Naah 70/30
You should win this in the clearances.

I doubt you'll see us be beaten so convincingly in clearances as we were on Saturday, that said, you have a terrific midfield in form too. I recall last year players said the queens birthday match was the fastest game they had ever played.

Can not wait to watch grundy v gawn too

This match seems so exciting, there is just so much to look forward too.

- Two in form sides, giving the public holiday game meaning again
- Rivalry has been a bit up over the last couple of years especially
- Media pump over this game
- Redemption after last year
- Huge Crowd
- Two very in form Rucks going head to head
- Hoskin-elliott and Hogan the only two plays in the league to kick a goal in every match this year

I’m excited to see Declan Keilty come in and play this week. Judging from this photo from the afl website, looks an absolute star in the making. More than a little of the Clayton Oliver’s about him!

Look how cut Clarry is. If he had a tan or dark skin he’d look shredded. It is a testament to his commitment and professionalism that he’s got his body shape to that from where he started.

As it is he is very sinewy and has that wirey physique that can prolong a footballer’s career, a bit reminiscent of a Dustin Fletcher or Michael Tuck. I can certainly get used to the idea of 400 games in red and blue from Clarry! Just rest him in a forward pocket for his last 100 games if need be. My god he is a gem of a footballer.

And meanwhile, the afl’s media department never ceases to outdo itself in just being an embarrassment to the game. It’s no surprise as they **** stuff like this up all the time, but seriously, someone gets paid to know football and they can’t tell the difference between our reigning bnf winner and a rookie who hasn’t played a game.

Lol Oliver's physique is nothing like Fletcher or Tuck.

You really don’t think so? He’s got long arms and legs and he’s strong without being bulky. I didn’t say he was a clone or anything, but there could be something that translates to a long career. He hasn’t been injured yet, beyond a bone in his hand...

Just watching on the couch

Roosy two cents on who replaces lever - “horses for courses”

Right now the Pies only have 1 KPD, and it's Dunny.

Hogan and TMac are going to have a field day around the ground...

Scharenberg has been playing as our CHB. He's taken some big scalps this year including Cameron. But he had a poor one last week. This is a big test for that defensive structure because Hogan and McDonald are in excellent form. But so has our defensive unit. As with most things I reckon it will be dictacted by what happens up field in the centre and the ability of both sides to slow the ball movement into the 50.

Collingwood don't tag so Gus and Oliver should have another field day which means I can't see the pies stopping our contested game. Hopefully we are smart enough not to get done with a bunch of chopping the arm free kicks.

That's sort of true but not entirely. Pendlebury and Sidebottom have both done defensive tagging jobs this year. So we typically set one of our existing on ballers a defensive task depending on match ups so i'd expect that again this week. Perhaps Pendles on Oliver. Other options include Maynard who was really good on Oliver last time up. And Greenwood is an option for Brayshaw - replacing Mayne on a wing who isn't offering a lot for us.

Don't think Cameron qualifies as a "scalp" anymore, unless you're talking about Charlie Cameron.
