I am no way taking this game lightly, Collingwood are confident and in good form. Yes they have a good midfield but I see ours with just as much spread and have the advantage in contested ball.

We haven't come up against a fast, competitive team since Richmond. The Crows were quick but not competitive, the Bombers and Suns were competitive but we ran them off their feet and blew the margin out late. This week will be a test, both for our side and my blood pressure.

Having an apparent lack of understanding of anything to do with football outside of your own team is disrespectful when you want to spend your time on other teams boards. You want us to accept your points of view without acknowledging the crux of what we are saying when our posters are clearly replying to your posts with valid statements/arguments. No one wants an echo chamber, if anything we have plenty of in house debating on her. The problem is you come
in saying the pies are a real chance etc, then flip and say we should win because you have so many injuries. Either you’re backing your team in and you can live or die by the sword, or you say it’s an unlikely victory as the pies aren’t full strength and if you win you can’t backflip and say it was always going to happen. Fence sitting like that is weak as piss and just comes off as you being unable to swallow a potential loss.

Your indulgence in your self serving ways is quite deep. I enjoy reading threads that have substance and provide an open forum for back and forth intelligent dicussion/debate. I'm a big fan of humour too. You provide neither and whilst putting you on ignore negates having to consume your inconsistent banter, i still come across posts from people who's opinion i respect who are trying to debate with you that leave me flabbergasted you have yet to figure out to move along as you are out of your depth. You are on the Melbourne board trying to get your views across and all its doing is wasting yours, mine and everyone else's time. It piques my interest when someone is posing as something they are not and hence compels me to make my point. I've seen lots of silly things in my years of perusing this place but you're working from a special page in the book and maybe you really are just a trolling genius but to me that's not an impressive trait. Yes Petracca 1 v 1 is a beast. But not Melksham. I suspect Maynard and Crisp are the most likely opponents I50 for them because they both have strength, pace and agility.
Would rather the above 1 v 1's I50 than Hogan and TMAC.

I don’t really think that is the case. Look you’ve been heard out, and I’m not sure we’re gaining anything particular by your repetitions at this point. Nobody is underrating your team and you can’t really contribute to the pies by attempting to play out the match in posts four days prior to game day. Melksham is in the top few in the league for winning 1v1 contests inside 50 this year ... punctuated by the 4 goals goals he kicked directly opposing Rance on Anzac Eve.

So thanks for providing definitive proof that all of your analysis on Melbourne has been done based off watching the bare minimum of their footy on your way out.
