Then why did we win well against 3 of the top four sides?

If Crows finish bottom four next year Ill barrack for Port Power  and Both, wont happen.

As Ant stated, a good defender was needed for Jarman and although he could turn a game; should have retired anyway. Do you agree? Course you do...

Robran was much maligned by Crows supporters the world over (for darn good reason )and was pushed before he went out graciously anyhow, so he wont be missed

Smart is too old and will meet Robrans fate = Ditto

Vardy, if he's traded will be missed IMO. But hey, some would say he's inconsistent and as sure as the sun rises, some other young tyro will fill the breach

D Gallagher Ricky Oloughlin and Adam Richardson will go if the board know their stuff

That leaves at least 7 vacancies and the mail is that the Draft will be ripe for the pickin

Crows to finish bottom four:confused:

HAHA....Your pissed, joking, or both

:D

Take a chill pill...i was only joking.
Ant said "I'd rather people rated us as a below average team, a team of no hopers or one that will finish bottom four"

so i jokingly just agreed with him!

Why on earth would Port trade Bowen Lockwood to the Crows?

What do they have that would even slightly interest us enough to trade Lockwood?

Or the loss of Jarman, Vardy, Robran and possibly Smart could be detrimental to a season of failure next year. Not to mention if Perrie, Mcgregor, Shirley fail to mature and get to that next level as footballers, the crows get dud trades and injury prone kids in the draft (ie Laurence Angwin), the crows can also go down the other end of the ladder.

This could also very well happen Macca, I dreamt about it the other night and woke up in a cold sweat. ;)

However, I think there's enough to suggest any fall (if any) won't be too drastic and we'll be round abouts next year, with possibly bigger improvements just round the corner, now that almost all our older players have said their goodbyes and the younger players will have another year under their belts.. Here's hoping anyway.... :)

If Port were to trade Lockwood you would think it would be back to Geelong.

Anyway, I've got my own worries.

What about Barry Hall? I reckon Adelaide is one of the teams that could do with someone like him.

After a certain event in 1997, the Adelaide Football Club are not my favourite team. Taking Hall would only further my hatred. ;)

Anyone you are interested to offload for Hall? (And don't say Gallagher, Richardson, etc or else I'll be forced to chuck in Elliott :))

Ben Hart, Andrew Mcleod, dare i say Peter Vardy?

Seriously we wouldnt get much for Lockwood...but Lockwood for Vardy...one reject for another. As much as i hate Vardy (i hope someone runs over his head with a 500 tonne truck) Port could sort him out and get the best out of him. He is alright for a 40 goal year forward when fit (and in form). Could be handy.

I wouldnt mind Stenglien at Port...he is already a magpie, would love him to be a Power player too. We dont want Beinke, that reject Perrie ;) or Hewitt.
Would love Mark Stevens but Crows wouldnt throw him away like that.
