Did Buddy make the right decision choosing Sydney over GWS?

He definitely made the right decision.

Geezus christ - the first few years at GWS would have been hell. Instead of that he was playing in grand finals. They didn't win but sheesh - they gave it a good shake.

I'm sure he's fine. Timed his move well if you look at it through sober eyes. Hawthorn were offering a big contract for him to stay - but he locked in $9 and prob would not have got that from any club had he left it another year, or another contract before shifting clubs.

Should have stayed at Hawthorn. Could have been a legend, instead he's a bit part player in 2 premierships.

The Buddy deal been a windfall for the club. We made two Grand Finals because of Buddy and the fact we didn't snag one isn't his fault. He's more than kept up his end of the bargain.

Hang on, his dawdling and getting run down by a hobbled Morris was the key moment in losing a GF for Sydney. He may have got you to 2 GFs but he dropped one cup for Sydney.
