In hindsight, would it have been worthwhile to have played some throughout the season.

This is not a reactionary whinging post. But we must get games into Kreuger in season 2021.
Other than what we may pick up in the draft, we have no other tall KPP players coming through.
Even though Reiwoldt was quiet, Lynch was able to murder us.
It is hard to keep 2 quality KPF's down for 100 minutes.
I still think that the old formula of 2 KPF's works best if you have some quality smalls.

One thing that pi**ed me off in the 3rd quarter was when Caddy and a few other Tiger players were getting into Miers after they thought he dived when Houli whacked him while he was on the mark, not one teammate flew the flag to help the kid out, apart from one player giving a token shove to Caddy when he was running off.

Wouldn't have seen that when the likes of Chappy, Scarlo and Moons were running around.

This was a *majorly* underrated turning point. Miers fell apart mentally in the second half IMO. He was killing it until half time but once the crowd got on his back and the Tigers starting getting in to him after the "dive" incident he seized up and looked far less relaxed in possession, leading to numerous skill errors and mistakes. He needed someone to step in and help him through that. Instead his teammates just let the Tigers intimidate him back into his shell.

We looked flat, slow and old. Played an extra game last week but that wasn't the reason, we need to move towards the future now, bring in more youngsters, we already have a few rippers.

I've called Blicavs a spud all year, it was fine when he was Mr Utility with no specific role but even as a tall back he's found wanting, was easily our worst tonight IMO.
For those calling for a move of Blicavs back on Lynch, he'd have kicked 10 with him down there, the delivery was brilliant and a fair chunk were times when he got out the back swarming forward. Blicavs has a habit of playing 20m forward of his opponent, Tom would have still gotten those marks.

Not for me, it’s all about making the Grand Final. The year feels so wasted especially after that first half.

It was a move that just had to be made. Would it have made the difference? Who knows? But he wasn’t influencing the game on a wing and plays his best footy deep in defence. It was the move that had to be made.

O’Connor did some good things but showed his rawness at times. Thought he was better than Henry tonight. Some of his errors were terrible.

5 in 7 years. Flops! Especially after 11-1 an absolute disaster 2nd half to year. LWLWLWLWLWLWL . When will this club peak in September? We always play well early in the season and then eff it up and embarrass ourselves in September! Training loads, week trip from Sydney to Perth in between games. Who’s responsible for this??? Thought Narkle was great in the first half. Like most of the team he went missing after that. Parfitt was crap.

All finals series when ever the pressure came tuohy let the ball over the back. Footsteps and he does the short arm he loves space MOC is probably more the type you prioritise going forward.

That lack of polish from half back tonight was quite evident in the 2nd half.

I was pretty concerned when I saw Stewart spending a fair chunk of time deep on Martin we missed his drive tonight
