We as supporters are not exactly providing a united front on anything right now so how the hell can it hurt?
Disagreement in footy clubs can be a positive around footy.
Having anyone pushing politics, religion or race will only drive people away.
There are plenty of places for those carrying a soapbox of division to push their poison/virtue imho, leave footy out of it.
Massive surprise AFL clubs are behind it. Never saw this coming. Lol
This time, we know we all can stand together.

People always hate politics in sport unless it’s politics they like. Then it’s ‘oh, Anzac Day isn’t political like basic respect for Aboriginal people is’.

Politics at its best is people who disagree working together to improve things for everyone. People who view any politics as division are just broken.
