Its Time For Trigg To Resign.

The thing is: how are ex players any more empowered than the rest of us?

There is no mechanism by which a takeover can be made.

If this was a coup, us say past players agitating for change is akin to getting a couple of generals onside. No hostile (media driven) takeover yet, but they are a key component of the power to do so.

Still interested as to what's happening with our constitution and whether the afl have signed off on it.

I whinge, no one cares. An ex player does it, it's a news story, he can get interviewed, he can drum up support. The mechanism isn't there but the ability to create one is.

Its like chalk and cheese when Kochie/Thomas speak compared to Chapman/Trigg.
The last few times I've heard KT on the radio he's been really ordinary.

Didn't know how to answer about how many members they actually have, then the next time how they can have so many members but still claim to be a "have not" club that needs handouts.

I expected better given his rep and thought he was really squirming trying to answer some pretty fluffy questions.

Also his rubbish about "it's a TennisSA concert, not Port Adelaide" crap he was trying to push....

He's done a good job, but struggles when put on the spot. Kochie on the other hand could sell ice to eskimos.

So we win and you still come out with this shit:cool:
Why is saying how you feel shit?

Trigg is not competent as a CEO regardless of the results.

However feel free to provide evidence otherwise.

It's a troll, how it survives the mods I don't know.

I just want to see the evidence ;)

PS. He has referred it to Noble, but even he can't come up with a good reason...

What did Chapman say a few months ago about tightening up the constitution so that we can't be "hijacked" by a rival ticket?
I have no doubt he has known for a while what is possibly going on behind the scenes with some unhappy people/ex players..
This was a bit of a warning shot and he let on that they are maybe just looking over the shoulder a bit.. ;)

I'm sure one of the reasons they were content to retain Trigg and keep the Board intact after the Tippett penalties was because they thought we'd be winning so many games everyone would forget about it. 2012 would roll into 2013... who could be bothered nitpicking over the past when the present was about finals glory? Hasn't quite worked out that way which meant that there have been not enough positives to outweigh the negatives of the past.

Sando said that there were 120 former players in the change rooms pre-game last night. Seems a strange coincidence in the same week its reported that there is a player led mutiny brewing.
