I did one of these only a few weeks ago. I've put a stop to the auto renewal of my membership pending how some of the issues I raised at that time get addressed. Not very encouraging progress so far.

I feel bad for the membership dept because they do a lot of really good work, but they're sales at the s**t factory.

They'll keep listening until we start saying the things they want to hear - then they'll be able to relax and take a break from all that exhausting listening and be able to really focus on doing whatever they want

The only thing they've demonstrably listened to is people saying they won't renew. It's very frustrating.

3 months ago people were mad. Now, people are ******* boiling.

If anything, they'll see many more surveys where people just gave everything a 0 and commented on how angry they are, and also a poorer response rate.

At this point members are completely disengaged and the only thing that will re-engage them is significant change at the highest levels.
