I like variety. When all of them are slow (not horrible) it lacks variety. Would take slow over roads though.

This is true, but if I was being sent out to be the veritable easy beats of a comp, I'd at least want to wear some threads that didn't look like they came straight out of the 70s.

That Hawkesbury age group was very good. Steven O'Keefe, Peter Forrest and John Hastings all about the same age. Three guys represent Australia at various levels... And Shane Mott is another from them who somehow has not got a shot at interstate cricket, though he had a bad injury a few years back.

I've got it as 226. Though this includes recently completed matches. Aggregate for a CA XI match is 404 runs, average of 202 would bring that 226 down a few runs.

Don't be so pessimistic, glad it's at Drummoyne though and not North Sydney. The low, slow wickets are our only chance of winning.
