My post was referring to the angle that there isn’t much difference in average age of the teams. The difference, which is killing us this year, is how poor our 26+ playing group has been.

You have the murray darling system where theoretically waters from as far north as charlyville can ne utilised in south australia bit the sheer amount of properties along the route pretty much ensure that there is not much left.

Look we've pulled stupid rabbits out of our hat like this before. We've beaten teams who were meant to flog us one week only to get our backsides tanned the following week by a lesser team. Nothing to do with the thread but I’ve always wondered why is so hard to distribute the excess water the wet areas get and not have a system in to get that water to our drought affected areas.

Surely we have the technology for that if we can send people into space.
