I think henry was worse because at least WHE got a goal assist, both did more harm than good being on the field though. Have to wonder how much their opponents did while they were running in circles.
Any positive feedback?the only player who was worse was Ruscoe
He wasn’t the worst on ground.Any positive feedback?
Well we had a Ton of Players that was nothing close to good enough at AFL Level
Any positive feedback?
I'm talking purely on the performance, I'm not saying he's going to be no good. Clearly wasn't ready.
Yes WHE was better. You said he was worst on ground. WHE was better?
Still, he got 16 possessions in his first game which is considerably better than anything Henry produced.
I am not going to judge him on last year. If the hub excuse is good enough for the Great Grundy, then it will more than suffice for Stephenson. And he didnt equal that in one game last year
Ruscoe was better.the only player who was worse was Ruscoe
They were on par.the only player who was worse was Ruscoe
Brockman looked right at home for the hawks. They were on par.
They stuck out like two blokes who just didn't look like senior footballers in their efforts at all. Which isn't a big surprise. Ruscoe's third real game of senior footy - including VFL, Henry's 1st.
Can't believe people are bagging him on his first game where he played forward and not even the great Tony Locket would struggle to kick goals in our side. If people want to see the end of players like WHE and Thomas, then that's why we recruited a forward, who actually has some good forward craft

Umm, i know we are a bit sh*t but Plugger kicked 110 goals in his first year (1995) at Sydney and they had won the last three spoons....

Henry and Ruscoe were the only two who just looked like they didn’t belong out there. Low intensity and no second efforts. Didak wasn't ready in year 1, most aren't, it's not a big deal.Well we had a Ton of Players that was nothing close to good enough at AFL Level
Read it again. He was accidentally correct.

Our midfield has been very overated for years now.Midfield was diabolical.
