This is a good loss. We’ve just been coming in and winning with one quarter cameos and playing in bursts.

We have huge scope for improvement.

But one glaring issue we have is we really need a small quick defender. They’re destroying us almost every week.

Massive Reality Check.

Been playing quite s**t for the last month and Finally caught up with us.

Skills where Disgusting,Fumbed Everything, Lack of Intensity and Big Lack of Defensive Run.

Better go back to tipping against us;)

Plus the Scumps where really 1 Sided. They are a Blight on the AFL

Bit of complacency setting in, better to get the reality check middle of the year - rather than later in the year.

Massive Big Heads today. Just thought all we had to do was Show Up

Thanks Freo for finally beating a team who has been coasting for a month.

You could tell in the opening quarter when we botched a 10m set shot and a fast break regulation goal we were taking the piss.

Last 2 minutes De Goey has Reid and someone else long on the boundary and he takes his time and kicks about 20 m inboard of the boundary, turnover, game lost.

Hopefully this is the kick up the ass we need, cos despite sitting second on the ladder we have been straight set finals loss calibre.

Disappointing day from far too many.

The media will make it all about the non-paid touched call, but I won’t be. Skills were very scratchy and too many beaten in their position.

It’s easy to say that a non-paid touched decision cost us the game, but Brodie Mihocek converting from 15m out in the first quarter would’ve helped too.

We were beaten, it’s been a few weeks coming, now it’s back to the drawing board.

Don’t anyone dare blame the umpiring.

What about the goal review? :p

It's almost been coming for a few weeks where we've put in some average efforts for large portions of the game and have required a few big performances to get over the line.

Teams have figured out that if they can pressure us enough and restrict our ball movement off half back then we lose a bit of our ferocity up front. We haven't worked out a way to constantly generate scoring opportunities and clean ball movement out of our back half and it really cost us today.

Onto the Dees, who'll be playing their grand final next week. Big game.
