After a 17 point loss to Collingwood in R1, St Kilda went into R2 unchanged and it paid off, the Saints waking away 61 point winners against a disappointing Dogs in Ballarat.

However Freo had a 51 point loss to Adelaide in a disappointing affair that was hard to watch. They then had a very good win at home against Port by 52 points in an impressive outing.

On Sunday, St Kilda return to Marvel for the first time this season, Bradley Hill plays against the Dockers for the first time and the Saints will be desperate to put in a good performance in front of the faithful.

Sunday gives Freo young gun, Blake Acres, a chance to play against the Saints, the team that threw him away for Hill. It gives the club a chance to win away and send a huge message to the rest of the comp.

With both teams desperate to go 2-1 in season 2020, the game under the roof will be one to watch.
