Think I'm done with AFL this year, might just watch our VFL games.
No one cares, Richmond won't even ask the AFL questions on why we give away frees but never get those same calls back or why we always have a negative differential every damn week.
Commentators tell us every free kick we give is there and the ones we do somehow get are soft.
It's an utter joke, so from now on I won't spend time watching any games, might even deliberately watch NRL games to piss the AFL off.

I feel ya, if I see many games like this biased umpiring... i'll just cancel Kayo and only watch it when it's Free TV.

vibes. It’s an injury that is so significant for his career too with 2 years off footy. It’s a nightmare. Wishing him a speedy recovery. Our backline is in serious strife. Without our most important developing youngster.

Other than the injuries, we looked alright tonight. Balta easily our best, followed by maybe vlastuin.
Balta is seriously rising and becoming one of our most important.

I’m losing patience with Thomson dow. A couple more games of this and I would like to see sonsie replace him permanently. I actually would rather sonsie right now but I think he has another week off.

Pickett seriously needs to go. What on earth are we doing playing him. He makes 10 costly errors for one good piece of play. It’s getting ridiculous now. He is not part of our future. Get banks and brown in the team NOW.

I couldn’t agree more on Pickett. Played a great 10 minute patch in third quarter, but made half a dozen howling errors outside of that. He’s a momentum killer and does stupid stuff that costs us goals constantly. He’s 32yo. Move on from him.

I disagree on Dow. He’s an inside midfielder and only was able to attend 9 x CBA’s tonight because we have TT and Hopper who attend almost every one of them. He had 16 touches at 92% DE, 2 x goal assists, 3 clearance and just 1 x clanger from just 77% game time. He’s 22yo and has only played 20 games of AFL. He’s part of the future and will continue to improve as he gets more games. He was terrible against GC, but I thought very good with his opportunities tonight. We must persevere with him.

So many times we give up a free and I sit there think that's rough but ok I guess it's technically there, then not 10 mins later the exact same thing happens and it's called play on. So freaking over it.

Well not to me when i can see the talent, there's been many kids who've started the careers in the seniors without even playing a praccy match in the magoos, this kid is good enough to play seniors it's so obvious he should be given a go.

Curnows 3 1/2 minutes unmanned in the backline will get him over the line for the the three votes.
Any richmond supporter remember lynch ever playing in the back line to try save the game??

We need to keep Balta as a forward/ruck. He’s a beast and we can’t waste his talents in defence. I don’t care about being undermanned down back in 2024 … this year is about setting up the future, not winning a flag. Lynch is almost retiring and we’ve got nothing up forward when he goes except Balta. With a full season of learning Balta will be a much better KPF end of 2024 than right now.

Balta has the attributes to be a gun forward of centre player who can ruck. They are rare as hen’s teeth and almost impossible to trade for without selling the absolute farm … dopey KPD’s are not.

Sonsie is as soft as a marshmallow. He won’t make it and certainly shouldn’t play in front of Dow.

He was s**t tonight even his fumble at the end might have cost us a late win.

His two shit kicks for goal in the first and his pathetic kick to Rioli in the back half were just symptomatic of his career to date. He refuses to work on the little things and it shows.

We wasted opportunities by feeding him the ball but he consistently fumbled, rushed or hacked at the ball. No respect for the effort that went into to putting the ball in his hands.

Sonsie is slow as **** and compounds our already slow midfield. If he makes it, which is a big if, it won’t be with us.
