Thought Adelaide gave us a great lead into the finals. It was a high pressured battle on a ground we have traditionally struggled playing on, with a rabid hostile crowd. Astbury and, especially, Edwards seamlessly slotted back into the side. Couldn't have asked for a better tune up.

I would be disappointed to see Ross excluded from the team. I think he adds grunt and strength around stoppages. Castagna is our worst performed small forward so I would be happy for Bolton to take his spot on the side and rotate through the middle with Edwards. Chol looked all at sea up forward as our main target but I think he will keep his spot as 2nd ruck/3rd tall forward.

Honestly, I don't envy the selection committee. No one deserves to go out.

They will need to get a little creative with a relief ruck, can Mcintosh do it? I’d be hesitant to move Balta or Lynch.

Caddy is perhaps unlucky but for team balance I think he is the most logical one to make way. He played forward today and Lynch comes back in so better to bat deeper in the midfield.

I see the only other option as one of the three small fit. Aarts is in good form and works his arse off, Rioli has found touch, don’t think you can drop George now. They will be loathe to mess with the small forward mix I think.

Maybe Pickett, but jeez he’s looking better every week. Can really stick a tackle.
