The speed of the game has gone WELL past Graham, Pickett, Reiwoldt, Soldo and Grimes, and is about to go past Prestia, Vlastuin, McIntosh and friends.

And yet we keep picking them all. Trade or retire.

right next week, give the legends a farewell at the mcg then play the youngsters. We cant be dissilusioned by our list and overestimate where we are at, that would set us back even further. We need to rebuild, properly, a couple years of pain then shoot up the ladder in 3 years. Balta, bolton baker, taranto etc will still only be 28 by then, everyone older than 26/27 is expendable

Within 2 months we went from beating this team to looking like a basketcase against them. Wheels are off again

Its been Richmond since 2021 - wheels on, wheels off, wheels on, wheels off.

We need to get to the root of our culture issue. This was a team that won on consistency and high standards. Those standards are non-existent currently and it feels like its all acceptable

Not a good two weeks by the Richmond players. Not that pissed off by either of these losses tbh, but next week against North Melbourne (Cotchin’s final MCG game) is non-negotiable. Everyone needs to try their hardest.

Losing a game that celebrates our 3-time premiership captain at the MCG against a bottom-2 team on a 19-game losing streak would be absolutely pathetic. So, I hope they got all the cruising and crapness out of their system in the last two weeks.
