West Indies win the T20 series against South Africa. And they have to be one of the contenders for the World T20 on their home side in 2024.
They'd be about 7th favourite at best. They've been simply awful at T20 cricket for about 5 years with a record in that time of 28-51.

This off the back of being pathetic at the last 2 World Cups having finished last in a group of them, Zimbabwe, Ireland and Scotland 6 months ago.

They're going to need to show a hell of a lot more before I would consider them one of the contenders.
