I would love to see at least one of them get a rookie spot ... I'm fan of guys like that reaping the benefits of the clubs' relationship and getting a crack at it. You'd think would be a reasonably seemless transition too, since I'd imagine the game styles and principles would be the same

Haha no, most of my info comes from being at almost every game (if it's match day shit) or the missus gives me info

She corrected me about keilty though. He might be a chance, he trained with melbourne over the summer.

I've probably missed the answer to this question back in this thread a bit - is your wife a Scorps tragic or does she work in some capacity at Casey to get so much good info (or both)?

She's the trainer/physio I'm pretty sure ... hence the good info on the severity of injuries etc.

Does you missus make the bacon rolls. They are fantastic and make the 2 hour round trip worth it. Although judging by the info I am guessing she is more in the footy department.

So I said this earlier in the thread, but Casey are playing Footscary at Whitten Oval at 11.40am on Sunday. If you haven't got plans for Sunday, it actually works pretty well leading into the seniors at Corporate Stadium. Easy to get in between the two on the train and they'll be serving $5 cans of retro VB. Plus, you get to see Big Will play.

Funnily enough, if North lose their next 3 (Port, Collingwood, StKilda), which on current form, is probably 50-50 ... it will be increasingly difficult for them to stay in the 8 ... we would however need to beat St Kilda this week and Port in a few weeks (as well as the games we should win) as a starting point to jag 8th, which is probably as good as no chance anyway, so carry on.

Agree - North, Geelong and WCE are all faltering.

If we are any chance we would have to play out of our skins the next month, based on form that is unlikely.

West Coast, Giants and North will each lose games in the run home. If one of them gets nervous and drops an extra game and if we string some unlikely victories together, it will mean we will be very close in rounds 22-23.

I think our form is becoming more consistent.

Like I said, I dont think we will make it, but I haven't thrown in the towel.
