It's hard to pick whether poor shot selection or laziness is Gay's number one issue as an NBA player...

Theyve just got something going on, and the big ego comes back in, not fully fit and wants his share of the looks.
He should've started on the bench. Organisation should show that team is bigger than 1 player.
