EDIT: Just looked on the site and the members prices are 10% off. :oops:

How often does the store restock drove 40 ish minutes there yesterday and they were sold out of any jumpers or jackets I liked in my size.
On the plus I assumed the store would be pretty empty on a weekday but it was packed which was a good sign

Trap for young players.... Been caught out regularly with out of stock gear. Make the call first.
 
I am afraid I had a disappointing experience with the Megastore.

I ordered something on-line for $80 and they sent the wrong item through the mail and I rang them and they advised me to mark the parcel 'Return to Sender' and they would send me the correct item. I asked whether it would be better to use registered post and they said 'no'. 10 days after sending the item back I rang them to ask about the progress of my order and was told they had not received the returned item and asked me to chase Australia Post. I told them I didn't have time to be chasing Australia and given it was their mistake, they should probably chase it up themselves. They took my number and promised to sort it out and get back to me asap. Another 10 days past and I e-mailed them to ask about my purchase and two weeks later I have have not had a reply. So in summary, a month has past since they charged me for the item, they have not provided me with what I have paid for and ignored my requests to sort it out.

Give the Megastore another call. Usually they're very good at making amends.

Yeah, I did phone them when I first got the wrong item and again to ask where they were up to in sending the correct one and they took my number and promised to phone back asap, but never did. I emailed since as I am overseas at the moment, but it seems they need to be chased, chased and chased again to provide me with what they charged me for a month ago.
 
Any word on our indigenous jumper for round 11? All 18 teams this year will wear a one off specialy designed jumper for indigenous round!

My Wingard name jumper just arrived. The name and numbers are actually printed on rather than being pressed like usual. Rather nice.

Also good to have a jumper with current sponsors (Renault/Energy Australia). I don't believe we're selling the white jumper with EA yet otherwise, are we?
 
How long do the membership packs take to be delivered?This is probably the wrong thread to ask this I renewed my membership a good 2/3 months ago and nothing other then a email saying I'd have them for me and my daughter by the Geelong game and still nothing.

3 games in a row I have tried to buy a PA monogram hat. Each time they have been sold out before the first bounce. What's going on?

A snapback or a fitted?

If you wanted fitted (and who wouldn't), go to the club and try a few on. Even in the same size they can vary a bit as they're hand made or something. My PA monogram hat is a 7 1/2 and fits perfectly but i'm usually a 7 3/8
