Jeff Gleeson QC submits for a "significant fine" of between $5000 to $7500, given his remorse and that he has made no attempt to defend his action.
Gleeson says it would be "one of the more significant fines" handed out by the AFL Tribunal, but says it "falls short of warranting a suspension sanction" due to Greene's guilty plea.
Guess I was right, unlucky doggie fans.No eye gouge for me, he goes to put his hands on his face to push his head into the ground bont moves hences his fingers slip then he straight away pulls his hands out and grabs his hair and slams his head.
Toby will be playing next week a bit lighter in his pocket.
A couple of great decisions by the MRP/tribunal over the weekend. Good to see they're learning.Free to play ..... common sense prevails
Obvious manipulated decision. Only an idiot would think otherwise.
Zero chance he gets off with a fine. Probably booking a bali holiday as we speak.
He'll start claiming the night club scuffle was Bulldogs related soon.If you say it for a fourth or fifth time, it might come true. Don't lose hope!
Bro, why have you invested so much time in this thread anyway? Be it through posts or liking anything anti-Bulldogs?Common sense prevailed.
What a beat up by the Bulldog fans. I would love to see Mark Stevens face right now.
Stop with this sh*t. Toby apologised for his hideous behaviour and so he admitted guilt. Being remorseful shouldn’t cut it here. Disgraceful decision by the AFL.I just want to see the footage that some Dogs fans seem to have that shows the eye gouge. Where is it guys?
