Seriously if you're genuinely excited about a delisted free agent, you should probably just give up.

You shouldn't even have expectations of them at all, let alone relying on them to improve you.

They're a 'break glass in emergency' setup, not a best 22 hole-fixer.

Just another player capable of kicking 30 odd goals a year, or chiming in for 2 or 3 goals in a given game, pending opportunity, in our multi-faceted forward line.

He certainly would have been handy when McStay and Mihocek were both unavailable for weeks at a time last year.

That's how a list is built to contend for premierships.

We get it, its just... A guy delisted, from St Kilda.

Granted he's good for any games played against Carlton, but not sure he's worth the salary just for that.
