excuse the intrusion, but I did the same at Freo as a visitor.
Having lived most of my life in Perth I have seen lots of your team.
I knew a couple & was good mates with a legend
I' putting together my version of your best ever 22.
Bear in mind, I'm no spring chicken so I might look more favourably on past players.
Criteria = played at your club. That's all. Even if they were just OK for you & starred elsewhere, this is just about overall quality.

Luke Shuey for Priddis.

By the time McGovern reaches 100-75 games he should be close to being in the side but ATM he's still behind Emac.

Shuey still have a bit to go to be in elite category of Judd, Kerr, Cousins, Matera, Priddis and Kemp. Maybe a after a big 2016 and/or 2017 he might be in that catogory. Havent seen alot of kemp or Matera but i see shuey being as good as Judd, kerr, Cousins in their prime.

He and Evans inclusion is debatable for mine

Had to pick 7 defenders and 2 rucks. It's out way. Was a 50/50 on Gardiner vs Nicnat, such a shame about gardy's knee and later substance issues. Wanted to pick fido instead of phil matera but went body of work over finals performances. Banners vs Mainy was interesting as i think people look back on Mainy with rose tinted glasses a bit and forget just how good banners was pre injury rather than the last few journeyman type years.

Hart is there as the seventh defender. Embers wasn't taking mainy's spot on the bench or Lecca, Heady, Matera or Cousins spot on the field so didn't make the team.
