Media act like scumbags then has a cry when players don't want anything to do with them. This story ain't new.
This Molly Knight chick isn't even a basketball writer, she is an MLB beat writer.
Sixers ******* around and playing bad line ups to get some extra minutes rest into guys and the Nets still can't make up any ground.
Westbrook is being a petulant child, he's completely in the wrong.

Media personnel feel a false sense of entitlement.
She felt disrespected, so would I, so what does she do? She uses it as an opportunity to try to make a name for herself on Twitter by using inflammatory language like "subhuman" jumping on the media bandwagon hating on Russ.
The sporting media all have the same attitude toward athletes. I'm glad to see someone giving it back.

Molly Knight has 100k followers on Twitter, Russ has 6 Million.
Russ has his own shoe label, Molly is interviewing someone about their shoe label.
Russ doesn't owe her anything, he has earnt the right to tell media personalities to kick rocks if he wants to. Russ has a brand. He doesn't care what anyone thinks about him, that's his brand. The fact she is shocked by this probably says all you need to know.

She’s not shocked, she was agreeing with someone else expressing their “difficulties” dealing with Westbrook. Compare the way Westbrook deals with the media vs Steve Adams. No surprise the media aims their negativity at the guy who treats them as bottom feeders.

That's a good thing, no Celtic or Warrior flog broadcasts.
Why are you only mentioning the media? Westbrook has been an outright campaigner to everyone (media, fans, officials, players) he deserves every bit of criticism he gets. Criticism regarding how garbage he's been this season is long overdue, everyone has tiptoed around it but he absolutely deserves to be blasted for everything both on the court and off the court he's been garbage.
I'd just prefer to listen to have the option to listen to the Sixers broadcast than ESPN/TNT for Sixer games.
