How good have Sheffield United been so far. Really impressed by them

Mane needs to change his boots at half time as he’s fluffing simple chances. Either that or don’t pass to him.

Liverpool are being kissed on the dick massively this season imo
Need luck to win a title along the line.
Especially playing away from home against a team playing defensive with a counter attack game.

Happened with Man City in the closing games last year.

But luck does also tend to run out.

No doubt. But you only need it when going through a rough patch. If you play well enough then it doesn’t become a factor.

This should be 2-0 if that pen to Mane was given. Looked like clear contact, but VAR backs the refs original decision.
Not a pen for me. Sheff Utd were hugely unfortunate today. Can’t see how you can say otherwise. Liverpool are a great team, but last week at Chelsea and now today been fortunate to get all three points

The defender slid in from behind and caught Mane on the achilles. Absolutely a pen. Thought we were unfortunate not to be up at that stage. Keeper error yes but he made a great save to prevent them going down 2-0 so it balances out.

Didnt think last weeks win at Chelsea was lucky at all.

Var doesn’t overrule contact line ball calls but does when the lino doesn’t call offside when there’s a pube ahead of the last man.

The system needs further tweaking and refinement

VAR officials should be miked up. Explain why decisions are made (or not made).

Didn't see the incident but at the moment the lack of transparency is damaging the credibilty of VAR.

Theres been some pretty blatant pens not given on VAR review, looks like there wont be any reversing of ref calls.

Mane missed two sitters and Salah one. They had one which would have been offside if it went in.

United played well but Liverpool did have the better clear cut chances.

They slowed it right down, it was inconclusive. Mane didn’t appeal it either which tells you something
