Haha dude I don’t know how long youve been following politics but you have no idea. The democratic process is done. The election is over. They’ve produced no evidence of any fraud, in fact their lawyers aren’t even arguing it in court (only on Twitter). It’s all stalling/PR/power plays, meanwhile the country suffers. There is no end game here for Trump, this is simply spite and optics.

It isn't possible for Trump to win the election. He didn't get the most votes in enough states. By a long way. There is no evidence of any widespread fraud that would call the election in to question. There are no grounds for the courts to overturn the results, which is why they have been throwing out case after case brought in an attempt to do so.

Trump and the Republicans tried all those lines of attack. The didn’t work. Trump lost the popular vote by 5mil + and the electoral college by plenty.

What I was discussing - equally relevant for Democrat or Republican supporters - is what will happen now. How will the current impasse play out? Feel free to reply if you think you can come up with an idea that will be worth the effort of reading.

I know enough about US election law to know that you need some sort of evidence for the courts to entertain overthrowing an election where the winning candidate won 306 electoral college votes with a 6 million popular vote lead.

I've been following the cases that have been brought so far, and I have seen them almost all thrown out due to lack of evidence or cause. The only small wins that Republicans have had stopped votes that hadn't yet been counted from being counted, and so have had no impact at all on Biden's lead.

There is no legal route to victory from here for Trump. All he is doing right now is attempting to delay the inevitable.

There isn't "stacks of evidence of voter fraud". I have no idea why you believe that there is.

Why haven't they been providing any evidence to the lower level courts who have been dismissing their claims as a result?

Trump doesn't need to take anything to court. The alphabet agencies only need to snoop for fraudulent evidence within 45 days of the election to enact the executive order.
