They've got a mouthy chairman, it attracts attention.
Some rabbles getting around this year.
Us and Essendon look to be a lot more on track compared to the other bottom 7-8 clubs.

Might have to get rid of some older guys and start a rebuild at that clubWonder if Teague will have the balls to drop Eddie this week. 6 touches. 1 behind.

Didn’t port want Cameron before Hinkley?Whitfield is so damn good. I hope Sholl was watching that play.
Teague has his favourites. Won't drop Eddie, though they may "manage" him at some point.
He’ll need to clear it with Eddie’s wife first.Wonder if Teague will have the balls to drop Eddie this week. 6 touches. 1 behind.
Anyone got that footage of the Carlton rooms at the draft when they decided to take Stocker and swap us for their first rounder the next year?
Even better we should tell.teague we will take him back as our forward coach if he gets sacked..he will feel like that is a promotionSo if we beat Carlton
Teague gets sacked?

Carlton remind me of the 90s/early 00s English cricket team
Some guys that could individually play but had just been losing for so long that it was an ingrained culture.
Prior to Round 1 Carlton's seasons are full of promise. Hopes are high. While the season is being shaped though they are terrible. Then, once any hope of finals have gone, they relax and play better. Nothing to lose. Finish each season out of the running but putting together a few wins, full of optimism about the following season. Rinse, repeat.
Their games follow a similar path. Optimistic going in. When the game's canvas is blank... garbage. Once the game is lost and they have nothing to lose, they suddenly play better. Kick a few goals. Bit of a comeback. Maybe they could...? No, fell short. But such promising signs! Pity about the start. Can't wait til next week. Rinse, repeat.
Andy Caddick was England's loser mentality King. Shithouse in first innings when the games were being set up. Once all hope was lost and they were a mile behind in the game, a world class second innings performer.
England needed to go past Stewart, Atherton, Hick, Thorpe, Gough, Caddick, Ramprakash et al, even though they were good players individually. All developed a deep-seated losing mentality which was poisonous and got passed down through the team. Had to be cut out like cancer. 2005 was a new team, not a battle-scarred one.

Good call!Hope you are not forgetting Nasser in all of this?
Balls? Really?Wonder if Teague will have the balls to drop Eddie this week. 6 touches. 1 behind.
The AFL strive for consistency and he consistently gets let off.Nice to see Selwood protected again by the tribunal
What do you expect from sHocking.Nice to see Selwood protected again by the tribunal
It’s been going on a lot longer than he’s been in the job. What do you expect from sHocking.
Will look after his old club where possible.
Which is a worse look for the game - Selwood's incidents or Mackay's?!
The VAFL have always looked after the bigger Victorian clubs. It’s been going on a lot longer than he’s been in the job.
He contributed precisely nothing to the position they're in now.Good call!
And he's such an arrogant twat in his commentary now, revelling when England do well like a pig in sh*t
Who will be the next coach sacked?
Teague?
Dew?
Cameron?
