Starting to look interesting. Two team many had in spoon contention topping the ladder. 3 top 8 teams already started 0-2. And Gold Coast looked pretty competitive vs last year's premiers...

Still early but season looks pretty open.

I would like to give Dogs and Dons more time as I can see in their games some really good footy.

Today's match against Tigers v GWS will tell us about those two teams only if Tigers win.

Nothing changes re Melb and Brisbane. Expectation still very high. Cats moderately high.

Equally Kangas, Crows and Eagles expectation are low.

Saints and Freo are the two that could find themselves in no man's land.

Just looking at these predictions now and people are like sheep, just copying one another. I don’t know who 1st thought Geelong would drop off so badly we couldn’t make the 8, but people went along with it.

We still have double ups against the roos and eagles and home games against the likes of crows, port and Freo. Another 7 wins and 11 other games.
I know we are a year older and all but to see people just consistently had us missing is odd.

I'm not convinced we are going well enough to finish top 2. We have a lot to work on and even though we have ground out some wins im just not convinced. Granted there is a long season ahead.

I think from here the Saints slide. i think Richmond and the Dogs and maybe port could go in. port after being 0-5 will most likely be 4-5 in a couple of weeks. Will prob get a run on

That’s pretty spot on, the only change I’d make is swap Richmond and Port and Richmond lose in the SF.
