I can't say I hate any side. The supporters are a different story. I'm a lover of football and especially talented footballers. I just don't think it's healthy to be carrying a hatred for a particular incident that happened decades ago. I played VFA 40 years ago and I can barely remember being out on the field. I got hit in the head almost weekly and I certainly don't remember them unless I watch old YouTube videos. Over thinking the past is depression, over thinking the future will give you anxiety

They were a Basket case of late trying to work out how to win without salary cap cheating as they did until caught in 2002.
Cookie comes in and all the high profile players are signed up on longterm large $ contracts.
Very similar to the Geelong model but we all knew how good he was at property speculation back then.
There are some very powerful businesses associated with Carlton- will come to light eventually.

Ashcroft isn't anywhere near Nick. Not sure where you get that from. One or two injuries shouldn't derail a sides fortunes. Try 15 players injured, that has much more potential to derail a season. I doubt you're even a Collingwood supporter, new account and you start putting Brisbane on a pedestal. Brisbane are a soulless club and that's about it

I seriously doubt that there's anything untoward. Having a host of high draft picks due to their mediocrity would have more to do with it

Generated a culture at all the clubs he's been where players take less then market value to keep the team together. Weitering spoke about this in a recent interview.

So far we haven't lost anyone to another club we've really wanted to keep and aren't paying any players to play for other clubs. Hopefully it continues.

Ashcroft is an outstanding mid also Kiddy Coleman very crucial. Had extended injuries to Bailey and Stacevich, Also Gardiner Dodee and Mccarthy. Lets not pretend they arent hit hard.

Doedee is a very underrated player - one of the best intercepting defenders and leaders in the comp. Going to be a massive inclusion for them
