Even when they were winning their stats suggested they were a middling side. I was surprised they were flag faves start of the year, punters got caught up in the hype. It's a lot more than just Day, other sides are hunting them as many others have said. I think Mitchell and co need to try something different.

Last season they were the horse that bolted. Nil expectations. That gives you a certain freedom and everything clicked.

There's always a bottom 8 team from the previous season that rides the momentum of an easy draw into the finals then fall back to the pack in the following season. The media never recognise the signs and overhype said team.

Tackling practice at Dingley.

They had the wake up call, bring the mouthguards to training performance against Brisbane last week and improved the tackle count from 36 to 38. They could crack 40 against the Dogs if they really dig in.
