Overall the boys are looking a lot bigger physically than what I'm used to seeing at training. Powell, perez, curtis and others looking much stronger through the shoulders and biceps

TT is such a smooth mover - economy of effort. Griff looks powerful but you see with the shoulder role and stride pattern he is not as efficient at TT who is very balanced.
