You can say that about all 4.

You can trust the Bears offense. You can't trust Trubisky (Nagy can't at least)
1:20 left 1TO ball on your own 25, down 4.

Im not taking the Bears to win in a playoff game.

I'd love to see footage of Van Btocklins 550 passing yards set in 1951, that still stands today. In those days you could mug receivers up and down the field, take them out in the act of a catch, and tear the qbs head off.

Yet, in this modern era, and even this newer softer era this year, the flag football flagship rams-chiefs game they still couldn't approach it.

Peyton would have probably thrown for 650 yards that day

Incoming AD Peyton hate rant

Updating a previous item, Alex Smith's broken right leg involved compound and spiral fractures.

A compound fracture means the bone pierced through the skin, while a spiral fracture is where a long bone is broken by rotational force, hence the "spiral" motion. Smith broke both his tibia and fibula, a gruesome injury that will require a lengthy rehab. It's not 100% Smith will be able to play again.

Cowboys rookie WR Michael Gallup is away from the team after being informed his brother took his own life.

"We just found out after the ballgame that his brother had committed suicide, and just want to leave it at that," coach Jason Garrett said. "Obviously a very personal matter. We’re all behind Michael and supporting him and his family." No one should be surprised if Gallup misses Thursday's game against the Redskins while addressing more important situations in his and his family's life.
