A cerebral infarction is a stroke, and a myocardial infarction is a heart attack. But yes, both involve a clot and tissue death (I googled all this).

You can have infarctions in other organs/ tissues and I didn’t google this.
Someone on another thread said Grundy "may have GF" - I hope they didn't give him infection.
