TV guide looks good this year. not many games pushed off for NFL/NBA/NHL/UFC/NBL.

Fox and CBS both jagged a good one, but there's only 2 ESPN games I care about that we're not getting, so that's ok.

When I lived in the states bowl games where a big deal , but I sense with all the best players who declare for the draft pull out more and more often it’s slowly diluting the exhibition and experience of the occasion

I get what you are saying.

Mizzou are taking it very serious and are all in, won't see many OPT outs.

Ohio State on the other hand will likely a have a few OPT out.

But in saying that Ohio States depth is huge, having one of the best recruiting classes every year. So they will still be hard to beat for Mizzou.

players have already opted out. Ohio St just had the starting QB enter the portal so he is out.

the playoffs killed bowls, even NY6 non semi bowls have big name opt outs.

Players sitting to not get injured is the biggest load of s**t. NFL GM's should tell them to stop being a bunch of * wits. If anything, it should show the GM's that their work ethic, competitiveness, and want to win is extremely low compared to their want to make money.

With the expanded playoff the bowl games are going to become even more irrelevant.

Didn't this all start after some top talent got injured in the lesser bowl games and cost them on draft day. I know the odds are slim on it actually happening but in the end they are meaningless games so why risk you pay day.

The fact is once the playoffs expand the bowl games outside the playoffs are almost dead.

Jaylen Smith did his ACL in the Fiesta Bowl and dropped from a top 5 pick to a 2nd round pick. and never really recovered always looked like his knee was still giving him issues.

Man I didn’t think NIL would have a heap of kids returning to school but can see rbs staying if on good NIL money since if they are drafted 3rd or 4th could be making atleast 2 times the amount in college plus most rbs don’t get a good 2nd contract anyways.

I love this as a way to break the horrid contract cycle for RBs.

Stay for another year and protect your future over taking a chance on getting a decent 2nd deal.

on the otherside he will be a year older and have an extra year of hits before entering the NFL.
Especially when some NFL teams think there is a limit on hits RB's can take before they decline.

if you're next getting a 2nd deal then you're still likely to get your rookie deal money. It depends if it impacts their draft stocks

i've had a look on the foxtel tv guide and its got the Celebration bowl at 4am and the Cure Bowl at 7.30am on Sunday 17/12 on ESPN

So weird that we're getting lower tier Bowl games this week rather than NFL games.
