This is a very strong team. Maybe only O'Halloran missing from full strength.
XOH in for LloydThis is a very strong team. Maybe only O'Halloran missing from full strength.
We just need to play well, should be a good victory.
I reckon 50-50 mate. I know a lot of Swans fans in the north and east who just wouldn’t dream of that massive trek west to SOP.What’s the likelihood there will be more swans supporters than giants supporters?
Every good team needs a whipping boy …. Keefe is there in case Lloyd plays wellIf this wasn’t Haynes’ 200th I’m not sure Cumming would have been relegated to sub.
Either way I’m surprised both aren’t in the team ahead of Lachie Keeffe.

Agreed. They have a lot of quality in the team and won some tough games. Both teams are banged up.They've selected the strongest team possible.
Francis takes over from Rampe and Hickey comes in. Briggs should have him covered.
It will be a lot closer than many think.
You think only 5k Giants fans will show up for our biggest game of the year against our fiercest rival? That would be a huge drop off from the recent Hawthorn and Freo games.Unfortunately we’ll be outnumbered 3-1
But if most members turn up it could be much more even.

Listen to AK’s press conference I’d say that’s correct. If we jag a win this week I wouldn’t be surprised if we started to rotate defenders out for a rest before seasons out given the current logjam. Could do that with the mids too. Angwin in and rotate cogs, Kelly and Callaghan out for a week each.If this wasn’t Haynes’ 200th I’m not sure Cumming would have been relegated to sub.

trueIt'll look like it on TV though, because the cameras point away from the members. :/
They will be confident, 2 wins in a row vs 2 reasonable teams in Bulldogs, Essendon. They've selected the strongest team possible.

I wouldn't want to leave out any of those 3. Definitely consider subbing them out if we get a big enough lead, but given who we play that is unlikely to be the case at 3qtr time.Listen to AK’s press conference I’d say that’s correct. Hated it to begin with. But it has grown on me.I've been hoping for the last 10 years that someone could come up with a better name than "battle of the bridge".
I just call it the Sydney derby.
